How much does a Permanent License cost?

A permanent license for commercial use costs €110 / $130 / £75 (excluding VAT). Discounts are also available for bulk purchases.
Reduced rates are available for Academic licenses and licenses for use in a non-commercial environment.

Are Enterprise-wide licenses available?

Enterprise-wide licenses are available at a competitive rate. Please contact our sales team directly to discuss your specific requirements and our pricing plan.

Will my credit card details be secure?

Cladonia Ltd. uses the WorldPay Secure Payment Gateway to handle credit card payments and as a result we do not access or store any sensitive credit card information on our servers.

WorldPay uses state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that your details are protected. Further information is available in WorldPay's Security FAQ section.

My company does not have a company credit card, what other payment methods do you accept?

Please contact us if you are unable to use our secure WorldPay site for payment. We accept a number of other payment methods on a case by case basis.

What is your refund policy?

The Exchanger XML Editor is available for a 30-day evaluation period. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluation the software prior to purchasing a software-license. Evaluation software is fully functional. During the evaluation period, technical support is available by sending an email to support@cladonia.com.

After purchasing the Exchanger XML Editor, Cladonia Limited gives you a 7-day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We will refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.

Is this product available on CD?

The Exchanger XML Editor is only available for download from our website. We do not ship this product on CD. Simply download the software from our website, request an evaluation key and get started.
